1 box orange cake mix
1 small box lemon instant pudding
3 eggs
1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup applesauce
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ingredients on medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes. Cool completely before removing from pan.
NOTE: I make a lemon or orange powdered sugar glaze and pour over cake.
