2 lbs fresh mushrooms, quartered
1/4 cup Italian dressing
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp black pepper

In a large skillet, combine all the and cook over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to use hot or cold. Makes about 4 cups

NOTE: Serve as a topping for hamburgers, over mixed greens, or fresh sliced tomatoes. It is also great on toasted bread, topped with shredded cheese.
