Cake
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup softened margarine
1 cup fresh blueberries

Streusel Topping
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
2 tbsp cold margarine
2 tbsp crushed granola

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with cooking oil. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg, milk, sour cream and margarine. Beat well. Fold in blueberries. Spread batter into prepared pan.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and flour and cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in crushed granola. Sprinkle over batter. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
