For Crust:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup cold butter

For Filling:
2 eggs
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 tbsp half and half or light cream
1 tsp instant coffee crystals
1 tsp vanilla

FOR CRUST:
In a medium mixing bowl stir together the flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Cut in butter or margarine till crumbly. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 10 minutes.

FOR FILLING:
In another mixing bowl beat eggs slightly. Stir in the brown sugar, pecans, honey, and melted butter or margarine. Stir together the half-and-half or light cream, coffee crystals, and vanilla till coffee crystals dissolve. Stir into pecan mixture. Spread mixture evenly over hot crust.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes more, or till set. Cool in pan on a rack. Cut into squares, then halve squares diagonally to make triangles.
