RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE

Category: Salad Dressing

3/4 cup pear nectar
1/3 cup oil and raspberry vinegar
3 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a lid, cover tightly, and shake vigorously until blended. Store in refrigerators for up to 2 weeks, shake before serving. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
