1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
Juice of 1 lemon
1 small onion, grated
1 stalk celery, minced
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/4 tsp red pepper or to taste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
1 lb boiled shrimp, peeled and broken into bits
Bread, cut into 100 rounds
Butter, room temperature

Mix together first 7 ingredients. Stir in shrimp and let stand covered for 1 hour in refrigerator. Let filling return to room temperature before spreading. Lightly spread bread with butter and spread filling on top of half the rounds. Top with remaining halves. Makes 50 finger sandwiches
