SHRIMP DE JOHGHE

Melt 1 cup butter. Add and mix:
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
Dash cayenne pepper
1/3 cup water and lemon juice

Add 2 cups bread crumbs; toss. Place 7-8 cleaned, cooked shrimp in shells in a baking dish. Spoon butter mixture over top. Bake at 325 for 20-24 minutes or until crumbs are browned. Sprinkle with additional parsley before serving.
