Marinade
1 large bottle zesty Italian salad dressing mix
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix, reserve half the package as a rub
3-4 tbsp Greek seasoning
3-4 tbsp lemon pepper
3 tbsp salt

4-5 lb Boston pork roast or bone-in pork roast

Marinade roast in a resealable bag overnight. Pull meat from marinade and sprinkle with dressing mix. Place in a roasting pan and bake at 300 for 4-5 hours. Pour marinade over top and continuously baste during baking.

When done, either pull meat from bone or slice.
