MOSTACCIOLI WITH FOUR CHEESES

1 cup cooked and drained mostaccioli
1/2 tsp salad oil
1/2 cup heavy cream
Grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup quatro formaggio mix

Cheese Mix
2 oz grated mozzarella cheese
1 oz shredded provolone
1 oz grated parmesan cheese
1 oz grated romano cheese

Blend the cheese for the mix and placed in a covered container in the refrigerator.

Preheat a heavy pan on medium heat and add cream and cheeses; mix and heat, stirring until cheese is completely melted and sauce is hot. Add pasta; turn off heat and blend the pasta into the sauce. Remove to serving plates and garnish with parsley bouquet. Sprinkle with grated parmean cheese.
