1 pkg not bake cheese cake mix, prepared according to package directions and refrigerated for 30 minutes
1 large pkg chocolate pudding, prepared according to package directions
1 small container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Maraschino cherries and nuts

Pour prepared pudding over cheesecake after it has been refrigerated. Top with whipped topping , cherries and nuts. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
