WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING IDEAS

Basic Sweetened Whipped Cream: Whip 2 cups whipping cream until it begins to thicken. Add 1/4 cup confectioners sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract and continue to whip until soft peaks form.

Brandied Whipped Cream: Prepare basic sweetened whipped cream, then fold in 2 tbsp brandy.

Candy Cane Cream: Prepare basic sweetened whipped cream, then fold in 1 cup crushed candy canes.

Chocolate Mocha Cream: Prepare basic sweetened whipped cream adding 2 tsp crushed instant coffee granules along with sugar and vanilla. Continue whipping until soft peaks form and fold in 1/4 cup chocolate syrup or chocolate liqueur.

Maple Whipped Cream: Prepare basic sweetened whipped cream, then add 2 tbsp maple syrup.

Tropical Island Cream: Prepare basic sweetened whipped cream, then fold in 2 tbsp rum or creme de cocoa and 1 cup toasted coconut.
