Shelly's Recipe

* NOODLES ROMANOFF*

1 (12 oz) pkg egg noodles with 1 1/2 tbsp salt added to pasta water, cooked al dente, drained
1 lb cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup chopped scallions
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

While pasta is cooking, mix together next 3 ingredients. After draining pasta, stir in noodles. Add scallions, garlic and pepper and pour into a buttered baking dish.

Combine bread crumbs and cheese and sprinkle over noodle mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
