WALNUT CRUSTED PAN-FRIED CHICKEN BREASTS

1/2 cup group walnuts
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp dried sate and salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 tbsp olive or vegetable oil

Create a breading station. In plate, add flour. In another, beat egg with milk.In one dish, combine first 5 ingredients. Coakt each breast in flour mixture, then egg and finally seasonings bread crumbs. All to rest about 10 minutes so that coating adheres to the chicken.

In a large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken until golden on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer chicken to warm platter. Serves 4
