HAM AND SWISS QUICHE

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 deep dish pie crust
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp garlic powder and pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Preheat oven and a cookie sheet to 350. Sprinkle ham over crust; arrange spinach over ham and then sprinkle with cheese.

Beat eggs and add milk and seasonings and mix but not frothy. Pour over cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until fork inserted into center comes out clean. Cool about 10 minutes before slicing.
