Shelly's Recipe

* BASQUE SKILLET DINNER* - Easy

1 lb chorizo or Italian sweet sausage, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup diagonally sliced celery
4 baking potatoes, pared and diced
1 (1 lb) can tomatoes
3/4 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and dried thyme

Brown meat in a skillet. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingrediengs. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
