CREAM CHEESE HEATH BAR PIE

Crust:
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Toast rolled oats in a shallow pan at 350 for 10 minutes. Mix all the ingredients and press into 9 inch deep glass pan. Chill until firm.

Filling:
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 egg whites, beaten until stiff peaks
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

6-8 Skor or Heath bars, crumbled

Room temperature, cold bowl and beaters.

Beat cream cheese with sugar. Add vanilla and egg yolks. Fold in beaten egg whites. Fold in whipped cream. Fold in candy bars, chopped up. Reserve last crushed candy bard to put on top. Some filling will be left over.
