CHOCOLATE SANDWICH GOBS

2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
4 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp salt
1 cup soured milk or buttermilk
2 tsp baking soda
Chocolate icing

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl until creamy. Sift dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture, alternately with milk. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Remove to cooling rack. Form sandwich cookies by placing icing between two cookies.
