CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES IN A PHYLLO SHELL

15 Athens Mini Phyllo Shells (1 pkg)
15 whole strawberries
1/2 cup prepared whipped topping
1/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp solid white shortening

Tip: For added crispness, heat Mini Phyllo Shells in oven prior to filling. Remove mini shells from pkg. Place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350 for 3 to 5 minutes. Allow shells to cool before filling.

Wash and hull strawberries. In a small microwave safe container, place shortening and chocolate chips. Cover loosely. Melt in microwave on medium power (about 1 minute). Stir well to blend.

Dip strawberries in the melted chocolate topping. Place in refrigerator to harden until ready to serve.

To assemble, place 2 tsp Whipped Topping into Mini Shell. Add Chocolate Dipped Strawberry (with chocolate end up). Serve immediately. Yield: 15 mini shell desserts
