4 oz spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces, cooked al dente, drained
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 can French fried onion rings, divided

While pasta is cooking, beat egg in a medium bowl. Add sour cream, cheese and garlic powder. Add drained spaghetti to mixture along with cheese, spinach and half the onions. Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.

Top with remaining onions; return to oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
