ITALIAN SAUSAGE RISOTTO

3/4 lb Italian sausage links, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 (14.5 oz) can beef broth
1 (2 oz) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 cup uncooked rice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1 (9 oz) pkg frozen cut broccoli, thawed
2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Cook sausage in skillet until well browned, stirring occasionally, drain. Add beef broth next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in broccoli; cover. Simmer an additional 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and broccoli is tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 4
