HONEY BOURBON SALMON

1 lb salmon

Marinade
3/4 cup bourbon
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
Pepper to taste

Combine marinade ingredients and pour over salmon; soak for 1 hour. Spray grill with non-stick spray. Grill salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
