AUTUMN EVENING MEAL - Easy

1 1/2 quarts chopped cooked potatoes
7 slices American or cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp chopped pimento
1 (1 lb) pkg smoked sausage, cut into serving pieces
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into a lightly greased casserole dish. Top with sausage. Bake about 30 minutes and top with shredded cheese. Continue baking until cheese melts.
