COCOA-COCONUT SNACKIN CAKE

1/4 cup butter, melted
1/3 cup cocoa
1 (8 oz) carton sour cream
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda and salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.

In a small bowl, combine butter and cocoa; stir in sour cream.

In a large bowl, stir together flour and next 3 ingredients. Add cocoa mixture and eggs; stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread batter into a prepared pan.

Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Sift with confectioners sugar.
