1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp fresh ground ginger
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb sirloin steak
10 medium mushrooms

In a small bowl, combine first 7 ingredients. Place steak in a resealable bag. Add marinade then seal the bag. Place bag in a 13x9 inch baking pan in case of leaks. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag, reserve marinade.

Cut 10 crosswise strips of steak. Simmer mushrooms in 1 tbsp butter or 1 cup beef broth for approximately 5 minutes. Roll one strip of steak around each mushroom. Secure with 1-2 wooden picks. Place each on grill about 4 inch above heat. Cook 3-5 minutes per side, brushing with marinade several times. Serves 5
