CHOCOLATE AND CASHEW CHUNKS

1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 cups chocolate chunks
1/2 cups cashews, finely chopped
1/2 cup whole cashews

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar and butter. Add the vanilla and beat in eggs. Mix until well blended. Sift flour and baking soda together and add to butter mixture. Mix in cashews and chocolate. Drop by tspfuls onto cookie sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
