1 (8 oz) pkg frozen fully-cooked meatballs, thawed
1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained, reserving 1/2 cup juice
1 1/2 cups medium picante sauce
1 cup apricot preserves
Sliced green onions, garnish
Hot cooked rice

Combine meatballs, reserved pineapple juice, picante sauce and preserves into a large pan. Stir; heat to boiling. Add pineapple chunks. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Serve over hot rice. Sprinkle with green onions. Serves 4-6
