1/2 cup salad dressing
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger and red pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Mix ingredients and marinate chicken in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before grilling. Place chicken on a greased grill over medium coals. Brush with 1/2 of the marinade. Grill 8-10 minutes. Turn; brush with remaining marinade. Continue to grill 8-10 minutes or until tender. Serves 4
