7 oz spaghetti, cooked
1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup green bell pepper -- diced
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 cup milk and chicken broth
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper and garlic powder
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 cups sliced cooked ham
1 small can sliced black olives, drained
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs


Saute mushrooms, green pepper and onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour. Cook 1 minute more. Add milk and chicken broth stirring constantly until mixture is thick and bubbly. Stir in remaining ingredients and spread except bread crumbs into a lightly greased large casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve warm with crusty bread slices.
