CHOCOLATE RICH AND CREAMY SQUARES - Easy

Base
1 chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp milk
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Topping
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

For Base: Combine ingredients and mix well until just moistened. Spread evenly in pan.

For topping: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in remaining ingredients and spread evenly over base. Bake for 35 minutes. Edges and top will be light golden brown and will have a slightly shiny appearance. Cool completely before cutting into squares.
