BREAKFAST BRUNCH QUICHE

1 deep dish pie crust, baked as directed
12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded pepper or Monterey jack cheese and sharp cheddar cheese
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
4 eggs
2 cups whipping cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle bacon crumbs, cheese and onion on crust. In a bowl, beat eggs, and remaining ingredients; pour into crust. Bake for 15 minutes. Lower temperature in oven to 300; bake 30 minutes longer.
