CHOCOLATE WHIPPING CREAM

5 tbsp cocoa
1/3 cup confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp hot water
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp gelatin
1 tbsp cold water
1 cup heavy cream

Mix cocoa and sugar with hot water and vanilla. Sprinkle gelatin on cold water and set over hot water. Stir until dissolved and combine with cocoa mixture. Add to cream and beat until quite stiff.
