1 lb ground beef
2 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of onion soup
1/4 tsp salt
1 (8 1/2 oz) pkg flour tortillas, torn
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef in a skillet until no longer pink; drain. Stir in sauce, soup and salt.

In a crock pot, layer 1/3rd of beef mixture, tortillas and cheese. Repeat layers twice. Cover and cook over LOW heat ofr 6-8 hours or until heated through. Serves 4
