HOT CHEESE DIP

2 cups each shredded sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
1 medium onion, minced
4 oz can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/2 oz sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives

In a shallow baking dish or pie plate, combine ingredients except pepperoni and olives. Top pepperoni and olives and bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with rye chips, crackers or fresh vegetables.
