CHOCOLATE RIBBON CAKE - Easy

1 prepared 8 inch-round angel food cake
1 pkg (2.8 oz) Dark Chocolate NESTLE EUROPEAN STYLE Mousse Mix
2/3 cup milk
Confectioners sugar

Slice cake twice horizontally to form 3 layers. Prepare mousse mix according to steps 1 and 2 of pkg directions using milk. Spread mousse between layers. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Sift confectioners sugar over top of cake before serving.
