ROCKY ROAD DESSERT PIZZA

3/4 cup butter
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar and packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate, chopped
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups roasted nuts
1 cup caramel, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a pizza pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds. Add half the flour, sugars, egg and vanilla. Beat mixture until thoroughly combined. Beat in remaining flour until dough is soft and smooth. Pat dough evenly onto pizza pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and center is set.

Remove from oven and immediately top with chocolate, marshmallows and nuts. Drizzle with caramel. Bake 5-8 minutes or until marshmallow are golden. Cool on a wire rack.
