1 medium cabbage, finely chopped
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped red and green bell pepper
1 1/2 cup sliced pimiento-stuffed olives
1/2 cup sugar, vegetable oil and white wine vinegar
1 tsp salt, celery seeds and mustard seeds
2 tsp Dijon mustard

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over cabbage mixture; toss well. Cover and chill 8 hours. Toss well. Serves 12
