1 (1 lb 1 1/2 oz) pkg dry chocolate chip cookie mix
7 tbsp softened butter
1 large egg, beaten
4 tbsp kahlua
3 tbsp instant espresso or instant coffee crystals
1 tbsp ground coffee beans
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chunks
4 oz walnut pieces
Combine ingredients and mix well to combine into dough. Scoop with a small scoop and drop cookies 2 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet lines with parchment paper. Bake 9-11 minutes or until crisp and browned at edges. Transfer to wire rack to cool and serve.
