NOODLES WITH PROSCIUTTO AND ARTICHOKE HEARTS

1 (8 oz) pkg medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 pkg dry leek soup mix
1 (9 oz) pkg frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and quartered
3 cups milk
4 oz sliced prosciutto, cut into thin strips, can substitute smoked turkey

In a saucepan, whisk together soup mix and milk. Stir constantly and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in artichokes and prosciutto. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in cheese. Toss with noodles and serve with pepper. Serves 4
