6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 pkg chocolate cake mix or German sweet chocolate cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1 (3 1/2 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream

Toss chocolate chips and pecans in 1 tbsp cake mix; set aside. Beat remaining ingredients together for 3 minutes; fold in chips and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.

Topping: Mix 1/2 cup butterscotch topping with 1/4 cup cream. Make holes in top of cooled cake and pour the topping over the cake. When ready to serve, top the piece of cake with whipped cream, butterscotch and toffee bits.
