CRUNCHY PEA SALAD

1(10 oz) pkg frozen baby peas
1 cup diced celery
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cashews, coarsely chopped
1 cup Ranch dressing
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients to blend. Garnish with fried, crisp, crumbled bacon, if desired. Chili
