MACARONI AND CHEESE WITH TUNA

1 (7 oz) pkg elbow macaroni
1 cup diagonally sliced celery
1/2 cup pimiento stuffed olives
1 (9 1/2 oz) can tuna, drained
2 tbsp grated onion
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups shredded cheese, your choice
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup sour cream
1 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp butter
Cook macaroni; drain and rinse. Stir celery and olives into macaroni. Heat oven to 375. Place half of macaroni mixture in an ungreased baking dish.
Mix tuna and next 4 ingredients. Sprinkle macaroni with 1/4 of tuna mixture; repeat layers.
Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and wine. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over tuna mixture; dot with butter.
Cover and foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Serves 10
