SHRIMP RUMAKI

Medium size shrimp
Pepper
Bacon
1 head of garlic, peeled and crushed
Several lemons and limes
2 tsp dried red pepper

Peel and Devein shrimp. Marinate them with all the garlic, red pepper and enough of equal amounts of fresh lemon and lime juice to cover all the shrimp. Marinate in the refrigerate for 3-6 hours.

When ready to serve, drain the shrimp and cut bacon strips in half. Wrap the bacon around the shrimp and secure with a toothpick. They can be broil until the bacon is done or grilled. NOTE Can be pre-grilled and then refrigerated, then warm in the broiler prior to serving.
