MINI FETA AND ARTICHOKE TARTS

15 frozen mini phyllo shells (1 box)
2 large eggs
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Place the (still frozen) shells on an ungreased baking sheet.

Place the eggs, cheese and artichoke hearts in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk well to blend. Spoon the egg mixture into the shells.

Bake in preheated oven, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Remove and serve. Makes 15 mini tarts.
