* RANCH HASHBROWN POTATO CASSEROLE* - Crock pot *

2 (24 oz) bags frozen hash browns, semi-thawed
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 envelops ranch dressing mix
2 can cream of potato soup
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Place potatoes in a crock pot sprayed with cooking spray. Mix remaining ingredients and add to potatoes, stir well. Cook on LOW for 7-9 hours. Stir before serving.
