TANGY GRILLED CHICKEN

Category: Poultry I

1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp liquid smoke flavoring
1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
4 chicken breast halves without skin

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Place chicken in marinade. Cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours, turning occasionally. Grill 15-20 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
