1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp minced ginger and chopped garlic
1 tbsp curry powder
1/4 tsp cayenne
4 boneless, skin-on chicken breasts
Juice and zest of 1 lime
Combine ingredients except chicken in a food processor and puree until smooth. Pour into zip lock bag and add chicken. Shake to coat. Allow to marinate in refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Grill chicken for 7-8 minutes on each sides; remove skin. Serve with steamed rice.
