PASTA CHICKEN CASSEROLE

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
5-10 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp basil and oregano
1 medium carton half and half
4 large ripe tomatoes
1 (10 oz) pkg small shell pasta, cooked al dente and drained
Olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown chicken in olive oil, add broccoli, tomatoes and garlic, simmer for approximately 3 minutes. Add spices and simmer again for about 2-3 minutes. Add half and half; simmer again for 3-7 minutes, add pasta and cheese, stir well and serve.
