* MUSHROOM BEEF STEW* - Crock Pot

1 1/2 lb beef stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (4 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Combine in a crock pot. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Cook on low for 8-12 hours, or until meat is tender. Serves 4
