ITALIAN BEEF AND RICE CASSEROLE

Brown and drain
1 lb ground beef
1/2 large onion, chopped

Add
1 (10-3/4 oz) can diced and seasoned Italian tomatoes
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 can green beans
1 3/4 cup water
2 cup brown minute rice

Bring to boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to sit 10 minutes. Serve with parmesan.
