1 (12 oz) pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cups butter
1 (8 oz) sour cream
4 1/2 - 5 cups confections sugar
Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool the mixture for 5 minutes and stir in the dour cream. Mixture may be slightly warm when gradually adding confectioners sugar, beating until frosting is smooth.
